For most US states a hairstylists will need at least 1,000 hours of training, an apprenticeship consisting of a few hundred hours, and must take and pass written and practical exam. Dogs have teeth, and can be dangerous to both their owners and the public if handled in the wrong way. So that means there must be requirements for dog trainers, right?
